We work with an experienced US immigration attorney, Romeo R. Legaspi, with more than 25 years of immigration work, covering both immigrant (IV) and non-immigrant (NIV) visa cases. Responsible for processing hundreds of IV and NIV visas for foreign nurses and physical therapists, most of whom are Filipinos. He graduated from the University of the Philippines with degrees in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (1973) and Bachelor of Laws (1979). He is a member of both the Philippine and New York Bars. He is currently licensed in the state of New York as an attorney and can do immigration work anywhere in the USA.
"I have known Atty. Legaspi for about 20 yrs now. He handled mine and my family's green card applications under EB3 employment-based category. He was also instrumental in getting my friends and classmates (and their respective families) their green cards under the same visa category. Over the years, I know for a fact that Atty. Legaspi was able to help quite a number of Filipino nurses achieve their American dream through EB3 sponsorships."

*Since our sponsors are currently based in Arizona, it is important for you to choose Arizona as state of jurisdiction when you apply for NCLEX. The reason being that Arizona does not require a US Social Security Number before the Arizona Board of Nursing issues an Arizona RN License. Meaning, even if you are still in the Philippines you can be issued an Arizona RN License even without having a US Social Security Number.
